The 2027 Zipp 303 XPLR S is a fast, robust carbon gravel wheelset designed for riders seeking premium wide-rim performance at a more accessible level than the flagship 303 XPLR SW.

Zipp’s Total System Efficiency approach addresses the rolling resistance and vibration losses created by rough gravel surfaces. The ultra-wide 32mm internal rim increases tire volume, allowing lower pressures without excessive tire squirm. This helps absorb surface vibration while maintaining cornering grip and climbing traction.

Its 54mm rim depth creates a smoother transition between the rim and approved gravel racing tires, improving aerodynamic efficiency without sacrificing the durability needed for long days away from paved roads.

Important Compatibility Note

The 303 XPLR S uses a hookless Tubeless Straight Side rim and is compatible only with approved tubeless-ready tires measuring 40mm to 61mm.

Approved tubeless-ready tires may be installed with sealant or inner tubes. Do not use tires that are not included on Zipp’s approved 303 XPLR compatibility list.

The Goodyear XPLR Slick and Goodyear XPLR Inter are specifically designed and optimized for the 303 XPLR S.

Do not exceed the maximum tire pressure of 50 PSI / 3.45 bar.

Designed for 700c gravel bikes using Center Lock disc brakes, a 12 x 100mm front axle, and a 12 x 142mm rear axle.
