The FSA NS SMR II is a road stem designed to support both integrated and semi-integrated cockpit cable routing.

Built from 3D-forged and CNC-machined AL6061 aluminum, it provides a strong, precise cockpit connection while helping route cables, wires, and brake hoses from the handlebar into the frame. The adaptable SMR system works with electronic or mechanical shifting and hydraulic or mechanical braking.
